Bargain Network Names Ning Wang Vice President of Development

Santa Barbara, California - September 10, 2002 - Bargain Network, Inc., the market leader in subscription-based consumer pricing information, announced today the appointment of Ning Wang as Vice President of Development. In this newly created position, Wang, 39, will lead the development of Bargain Network’s web site and other technologies.

Wang brings a breadth of operational and product development experience to Bargain Network’s development department. Most recently, Wang was General Manager of Technology and SVP Strategic Development at CarParts Technologies. There she managed product development, engineering operations and corporate strategy. Wang spent four years at McKinsey & Company, where she consulted to Fortune 1000 companies on a global basis.

Wang holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley and has been a research scientist at the California Institute of Technology. She was a Senior Analyst at Quantum Consulting in Berkeley, where she was a SAS Software expert working with large databases.
