Dennis Cagan and Eric Robison Bring Valuable Strategic Planning and Development Resources to Consumer Pricing Market Leader

-- Bargain Network, Inc., today announced the appointment of two outside board members, Dennis Cagan and Eric Robison, to its board of directors.

The addition of Cagan and Robison brings the total number of board members to five, including executive vice president, partnership development, Michael Dubrow and senior vice president, strategic and business development, Adrian Sedlin.

About the New Board Members. Dennis Cagan is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of the Santa Barbara Technology Group, LLC, (SBTG), a private investment and consulting firm for early-stage technology companies. He is a nationally recognized authority on software, hardware, communications, and Internet technology in the disciplines of strategy, sales, marketing, services and distribution channels.

Dennis has been an active and successful high technology industry entrepreneur for more than 35 years, having founded more than a dozen companies, and performing management services such as interim CEO and directorship posts for a number of public and private technology companies including ISOCOR, MessageMedia, Great Bear Technologies, StarPress, Acorn Technologies, Inc., SupplySolution, Inc., Commission Junction and InTouch Healthcare, Inc.

Cagan serves on the board of the University of California at Santa Barbara's College of Engineering; the Center for Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management (CEEM); California Polytechnic University; the Business Advisory Council for the Orfalea College of Business; and several other non-profit organizations. Dennis is a native Californian, and attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he majored in economics. He has an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corp.

Eric Robison is a business advisor with more than 20 years of experience working with technology, media and consumer product companies. He specializes in business development, strategic planning, product development, marketing, and overall corporate growth issues. His clients have included Microsoft, Coca Cola and Symantec.

Eric currently serves on the corporate boards of CNET Networks, the leading provider of information about technology; Cumulus Media, which operates 245 radio stations in 53 markets; and Rocket Network, a provider of music collaboration technology. Eric is on the advisory board of SBTG and is a board member for the Experience Music Project, a music museum founded by Paul G. Allen.

Previously, Eric was the Vice President of Business Development and Project Development at Vulcan, Inc., the business management operation of investor Paul G. Allen. Eric also has worked in various management capacities at Ashton-Tate, Victoria Station Restaurants and El Pollo Loco, as well as on the account staff of the prominent advertising agencies of McCann Erickson, Doyle Dane Bernbach and Foote Cone and Belding.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies with a minor in music from California State University, Sacramento, and a Masters of Administration in general management from the University of California, Davis.
