How do I become a member?
To become a member, please click the SIGN UP link on the home page, and fill out the registration information on the following pages. Alternatively, you can call sales department toll free and speak directly with one of our trained representatives. If you order online, there is no shipping and handling fee.

What is my user name and password?
Your User Name is your last name. Your Password is your phone number beginning with the area code. For passwords, do not use any spaces, dashes or parenthesis when entering this number (e.g. 2125555555).

Is this service free?
Your membership begins with a Free Trial. If you decide the service is not for you, simply cancel your account during the 7-Day Free Trial period and no charges will occur. If you choose to continue after the Free Trial, your membership fee will automatically renew. The membership fee is billed directly to your account on a monthly basis and renewals will continue to be billed to your account until you cancel your membership. The length of the Free Trial period and the membership cost once the Free Trial ends vary from time to time; for the current amounts please refer to the sign-up pages.

Is there a shipping charge?
There is no shipping and handling charge for online subscribers. A shipping and handling charge applies only if you sign up through the sales department and receive materials through the mail.

Are the fees refundable?
The membership fee is a non-refundable, month-to-month charge and covers the cost of your subscription while you are a Bargain Network member. If you decide the service is no longer for you, you may cancel at any point by calling our Member Services department.

What happens after the free trial period?
After the free trial period ends, we will begin charging your credit card the monthly, non-refundable membership fee. However, you may cancel at any point with no further obligation by calling our Member Services department.

How long has Bargain Network been in business?
Our company has been in business since 1995.

Where does Bargain Network get its information?
Bargain Network use various sources for property listings. We have active contracts with numerous data providers that provide us with over 600,000 property listings, updated daily. Our member's can view these listings within 15 second's, or contact our Member Services Department at 1-800-788-5648 where they will assist you with your search.

I'm looking to buy a home in a different area, town, state, etc....
Bargain.com lists properties throughout the US, so you can look anywhere you like in the United States. However, by Oregon state law we are not allowed to list properties in Oregon.

Can I finance a purchase through Bargain.com?
Bargain.com does not offer financing directly. We provide links to businesses that will gladly assist you. These links are located in the members only section of the website. Sign in, click on "FINANCE", and then click on the appropriate icon.

Do you need credit/good credit to buy these homes?
There are all kinds of loans for all different levels of credit, some lenders provide up to 100% financing. You should discuss financing questions with a qualified representative from one of our financing referrals. Bargain Network members may access these referrals by clicking on "FINANCE" and then by clicking on the appropriate icon.

Can I still get a house if I filed for bankruptcy?

Do you need to be a Bargain Network member to look at foreclosures or attend the auctions?
You do not need to be a Bargain Network member to go to auctions or look at foreclosed property. However, Bargain.com's service performs all the research for you, ensuring you see most every listing and making it much easier for you to get the information you need.

What is Bargain.com?
Bargain.com is a bargain search service that assists its members in accessing discounted home, auto and product pricing.

How much will I earn?
Earn $10.00 for every person you refer that signs up for our 7-Day Free Trail membership.

What is the Bargain.com Affiliate Program?
If you have a website, the Bargain.com Affiliate Program is a way for you to earn cash by introducing your website visitors to the tremendous values found at Bargain.com. The Bargain.com Affiliate Program compensates affiliated publishers $10.00 per Registered Member.

What is an affiliated publisher?
(Also referred to as an Affiliate, Associate, Partner, Reseller or Content Site) A Publisher is an independent party, or website, that promotes the products or services of an advertiser in exchange for a commission.

What is a "Registered Member"?
A "Registered Member" is someone: (a) who registers for a free 7-day trial on Bargain.com from a specific URL designated by Bargain.com (b) who confirms his/her registration with a valid credit card and email address (c) who does not have an account with Bargain.com at the time of registration.

How much does it cost to join the affiliate program?
There is absolutely no cost to become a Bargain.com Affiliate.

Who is Commission Junction?
Commission Junction, the largest pay-for-performance ad network, provides its clients with trusted third party tracking, real-time reporting, and publisher payment. Once you sign up, you'll be taken to Commission Junction's site where you'll create your own personal and secure account. You can login at any time to find new Bargain.com banners and links and run real-time reports to find out your earned commissions and other account information.

How do I add Bargain.com links to my site?
You can log on to your account through Commission Junction at any time to see a list of our available banners and links. Once logged in, go to the "Get Links" section of the account manager and type "Bargain.com" in the keyword search. Once you find our program simply click on the "Get Links" link on the far right-hand side of the page. Choose the link(s) you want and copy and paste the HTML code to your web page. It's that simple!

How many links can I have to Bargain.com?
You can use as many links as you would like.

Can I use the Bargain.com logo or content on my site?
You are welcome to use any of the graphics and text links provided. You may not alter or modify any banners or buttons without obtaining prior written permission from Bargain.com. You must also secure permission before using any third party's copyrighted materials. If you are unsure about your rights to use or modify the materials for your website, please contact us at affiliate@bargain.com.

What if I don't have a website?
Commission Junction requires that all publishers have at least a valid email address in order to become a member. Individuals with newsletter only promotion vehicles are welcome to join provided they comply with the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement.

What if I have more than one website?
Commission Junction allows you to register multiple sites via one account. We recommend adding Bargain.com links to all of your websites.

How and when do I get paid?
Earnings are automatically sent out every month via check or direct deposit to all Publishers who have accumulated at least $25 in their account. There are no invoices to send and no data to track--all payments are taken care of by Commission Junction. For those publishers earning over $600 in a year, 1099's will be issued for tax reporting purposes. Once you join our program, you'll be able to log in to your account at www.cj.com and go the area titled "Run Reports." There you can see how much you've earned and even download a file if desired.

Are there any restrictions?

We'd like everyone to promote Bargain.com. However, there are cases where we can not allow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We will evaluate your application and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:

  1. Promote sexually explicit materials
  2. Promote violence
  3. Promote illegal activities
  4. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  5. Include "Bargain.com" or variations or misspellings thereof in their domain names
  6. Otherwise violate intellectual property rights

Currently, Bargain.com is not accepting publishers into our Affiliate Program who reward, give points, or offer sweepstakes/lotteries to their users in compensation for signing up to Bargain.com. Bargain.com is accepting only U.S. based publishers at this time. Please note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined, at our sole discretion, to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement.

Do I need to sign any kind of agreement?
There is nothing for you to sign but you must agree to the terms of the Publisher Service Agreement before joining Commission Junction. To see a copy of the Agreement, click here.

What if I live outside the United States?
The Bargain.com Affiliate Program is only accepting U.S. based affiliates at this time.
